About the Team

Our Data Analytics team operates at the intersection of technology, business, and strategy, delivering critical insights that fuel Sam’s Club’s growth. We collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data-driven decision-making and support key initiatives that enhance member experience and operational excellence. In this role, you’ll be a catalyst for innovation, helping the team and company achieve ambitious goals through advanced analytics.

What you'll do...

• Implement and refine compliance reporting strategies to meet evolving business and regulatory needs.
• Lead the development and delivery of customized reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
• Oversee the management and accuracy of compliance reporting databases and ensure timely production of regulatory reports.
• Analyze complex project requests, develop actionable solutions, and provide implementation recommendations.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to key stakeholders, translating analytics into business actions.
• Serve as a technical lead on medium to large-scale analytics projects, managing cross-functional teams and long-term initiatives.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a culture of belonging, continuous learning, and high performance.

What you’ll bring...

• Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or compliance reporting, preferably in a retail or large-scale environment.
• Advanced proficiency with data analysis tools, statistical modeling, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex analytics projects.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Experience developing and implementing reporting strategies and risk mitigation plans.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and fostering a high-performing team culture.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
