Position Summary...

The Search & Browse Business Analyst (temp) (herein referred to as “analyst”) is responsible for operating and maintaining search and browse platforms of the eCommerce business. He or she will help drive and support daily operational executional asks related to helping members find and discover the best products on our site. In addition, they will work actively with our Digital Merchandising and Product partners to ensure that product shelves and search results are optimized, taking into consideration strategic priorities but always protecting the member experience.



We are looking for an experienced eCommerce operations professional with proven know-how on operating and managing search for large-scale eCommerce businesses. Not only that, he or she needs to demonstrate strategic and analytical prowess, being able to support product and algorithm development/roadmap discussions, as well as having a leadership mindset capable of balancing multiple stakeholders.

The hourly wage range for this position is $33.00 - $63.00*


*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
