You will own program strategy and operating cadence, proactively identifying risks and dependencies, aligning senior stakeholders, and ensuring outcomes are delivered at Fortune 1 scale
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary business owner and execution lead for cross-border programs, acting as the central point of accountability across internal teams, third-party partners, and operations stakeholders.
  • Lead complex, multi-threaded product launches, ensuring readiness across systems, operations, support, compliance, and go-to-market motions while maximizing customer and seller impact.
  • Own executive-level communication, including leadership updates, risk escalation, tradeoff articulation, and decision framing.
  • Define, build, and scale standard operating procedures and launch frameworks that enable repeatable, high-quality execution in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and success metrics, using data to identify performance gaps, manage exceptions, and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Drive alignment on business objectives, launch strategy, and execution plans, onboarding cross-functional teams, setting milestones, and holding owners accountable.
  • Lead deep functional and business dives to resolve ambiguity, unblock dependencies, and ensure alignment at both program and functional levels.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

  • You excel at influencing senior stakeholders, gaining alignment across diverse teams, and navigating competing priorities with confidence and credibility.
  • You bring deep expertise in program and business operations management, including the ability to scale processes and frameworks.
  • You have a proven track record managing large, high-complexity, cross-functional initiatives, keeping teams aligned and accountable to outcomes.
  • You are highly effective at risk management, progress tracking, and executive-ready reporting that enables fast, informed decision-making.
  • You can manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously without losing sight of details or long-term goals.
  • You have meaningful experience across Supply Chain, Transportation, Distribution, or eCommerce ecosystems, ideally in platform or marketplace environments.
  • You use data and analytics to build business cases, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive prioritization aligned to company-level objectives.
  • You understand the technology delivery lifecycle and can partner effectively with Product, Engineering, and TPMs at both strategic and execution levels.
  • You are a structured thinker who can independently drive analytical and technology-enabled programs from concept to scale.
  • You are relentlessly customer-obsessed and design solutions that balance experience, operational excellence, and scalability.
  • You are energized by solving hard problems at Fortune 1 scale and raising the bar for how work gets done.

    You’ll make an impact by:
  • Owning and executing program vision using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, market insights, and strong business judgment.
  • Building durable, trust-based relationships with key partners by aligning priorities, shaping roadmaps, and driving shared accountability.
  • Leading cross-functional execution across teams and geographies, ensuring clarity, coordination, and consistent delivery.
  • Operating with speed and agility in an iterative environment while maintaining high standards for quality and rigor.
