Role Overview The DEMO Billing Manager will oversee end-to-end billing operations for DEMO campaigns, ensuring fulfillment data is accurate, complete, and processed on schedule. This role is responsible for validating data, maintaining financial system integrity, and executing efficient, error-free billing cycles. Working cross-functionally with Finance, Engineering, and Operations teams, the Billing Manager ensures alignment across systems, resolves discrepancies, and manages internal systems updates and billing summaries. As the organization transitions to automated workflows, this role plays a key part in testing and implementing new processes that enhance speed, accuracy, and consistency. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly fulfillment data collection and validation from internal systems.
• Validate and update the Adbook with accurate delivered amounts per campaign.
• Prepare billing summaries and conduct validation checks.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to initiate and verify pipeline accuracy and ensure data alignment across systems.
• Track and report on DEMO billing status, contract adjustments, and supplier-specific exceptions.
• Manage special billing requests and ad-hoc reconciliation needs.
• Support the transition to automated billing and data validation processes once system integration is complete.
• Maintain detailed documentation of procedures and updates to support internal audits and process continuity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in billing operations, including invoice preparation, data validation, and reconciliation across financial systems.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, data checks).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in media, retail, or large-scale campaign operations.
• Working knowledge of process documentation and continuous improvement practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
