Role summary:The Principal, Technical Program Manager leads the planning and execution of complex, large-scale technology programs, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and dependencies. This role drives clarity in ambiguous situations, manages risks, and oversees end-to-end delivery of scalable technical solutions. The position requires expertise in system architecture, program management frameworks, and stakeholder communication to optimize workflows and improve operational excellence. The incumbent mentors team members, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, and implements continuous improvement initiatives to achieve strategic business outcomes while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
About the team:
Our team of Technical Program Managers and Project Managers leads complex, strategic initiatives spanning multiple business segments and security domains, including Ingress, Egress, Network, Endpoint, OT/IoT, and AI. We focus on maintaining a secure operating environment by preventing fraud, detecting threats, and managing digital risk and access. Committed to mitigating attack risks and supporting cloud transformation, the team integrates variety of expertise to uphold security and reliability. Through effective program and stakeholder management, we drive continuous improvement and deliver impactful results aligned with organizational objectives.
What you'll do:
- Define and manage large-scale technical programs with multiple dependencies, ensuring clear goals, stage gates, and key deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams to secure commitments on scope, resources, and delivery dates while resolving conflicting priorities.
- Translate product requirements into scalable technical designs, ensuring system reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively manage issues to maintain program health and timelines.
- Communicate progress and risks effectively to stakeholders, fostering alignment and informed decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing scalable workflows, automation, and best practices across programs, by maintaining bias for action and balancing Security.
- Mentor team members on program management techniques and technical solution delivery.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in program and project management, including risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong technical expertise in system architecture, software and hardware lifecycle management, cloud infrastructure, and service management frameworks.
- Proven ability to define and execute scalable, measurable workflows and delivery plans for large-scale technical programs.
- Skilled in analyzing performance metrics, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement processes.
- Excellent communication skills to align magnitude of stakeholders and convey complex technical information clearly.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities using data-driven methodologies and impact analysis.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
