Position Summary...

We are seeking a strategic-minded and results-oriented Director of Accounts Receivable Transformation to lead modernization efforts across our enterprise Bill and Collections functions. This role will drive the long term transformation roadmap, optimize end to end AR and Post Audit processes, improve working capital performance, and implement scalable, technology enabled solutions. The ideal candidate is a change leader who excels in cross functional partnership, operational strategy, and enterprise capability building.

About the Team We are a one-stop shop for mission‑critical services that are both high‑quality and low‑cost. Our team supports complex enterprise operations by delivering world‑class services including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting Services, and Pre & Post Payment Audits. We solve problems at scale—creating efficiencies, strengthening controls, and driving operational excellence across the organization. What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute the Post Audit and AR transformation strategy, aligning with enterprise objectives, financial goals, and operational priorities.
  • Lead and mentor leaders and teams manage billing, collections, dispute management, and cash application.
  • Partner with executive leadership, Finance, Technology, and operational teams to modernize AR processes, data flows, and system integrations.
  • Define and implement AR best practices, governance models, and standardized operating procedures across the enterprise.
  • Drive automation, analytics, and digital enablement, leveraging tools such as workflow automation, advanced reporting, and machine learning to reduce cost‑to‑collect.
  • Present AR performance, transformation progress, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and enterprise stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive AR, finance operations, or transformation leadership experience, with at least 5 years at the director or senior leader level.
  • Deep understanding of AR and Post Audit processes and controls.
  • Proven success leading large-scale transformation, including process redesign, systems optimization, and organizational change.
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise with enterprise financial systems, automation tools, workflow platforms, and data analytics technologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to gain alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to use insights, data, and KPIs to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and drive measurable improvement.
  • Knowledge of governance, controls, risk assessment, process design, and fraud detection within AR and financial operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
