What you'll do...

Security & Safety Responsibilities:

• Control facility access by verifying IDs, issuing badges, and maintaining visitor logs.
• Maintain a visible, proactive presence to deter threats and reassure employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Conduct regular security checks of people, vehicles, and property to prevent theft or unauthorized items.
• Monitor and test alarm, fire, and suppression systems; report hazards, near misses, and incidents immediately.
• Operate equipment safely, use PPE, and participate in safety trainings and drills.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents and contribute to safety improvements.
• Provide assistance during emergencies, including evacuations and first aid.
• Create and issue new/replacement associate and visitor badges.
• Maintain accurate security reports and incident logs.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work effectively with managers, coworkers, and business partners to identify priorities and meet deadlines.
• Communicate progress and relevant information clearly.
• Suggest and implement improvements to processes and safety protocols.

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.30 - $22.30* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
