What you'll do...

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the field as well as supporting our Business Unit (BU) Lead VP’s.  You’ll play a key role in assisting our field teams with onboarding, company vehicles, and escalating issues from our pharmacy & vision centers as well as facilitating communications, managing schedules, and organizing critical information for the BU Leads. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to be based out of our Bentonville, AR campus. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team member with a friendly work style, exceptionally well-organized, able to effectively prioritize, and take initiative with projects.

• Demonstrating a proactive ability to anticipate needs and changes, then react efficiently with independent judgment.
• Planning, managing, and executing large scale events and meetings.
• Establishing and fostering effective relationships with all levels of internal and external partners.
• Managing meetings, including editing/creating slide decks and broad communications, running conference line or webinar/video conference.
• Coordinating travel arrangements, both domestic and international (flights, hotel, train and car Service, etc.)
• Balancing multiple tasks in support of numerous team members
• Solving problems effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Preparing/submitting and reviewing expense reports as needed through Concur system.
• Coordinate and capture agenda for key meetings including: Weekly Staff meeting, other ad hoc team meetings, Mentor meetings, etc.
• Team building: help with direct report team building events/activities
• Culture building: help with broader organization culture building (e.g., holiday fun, Birthday recognition, etc.

• Advanced computer skills with MS Teams, OneNote, MS Office Suite
• MS PowerPoint presentations skills
• Experience with travel planning

The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
