What you'll do...
Position: Staff Technical Program Manager
Job Location: 1375 Crossman Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089
Duties: Lead and manage eCommerce Strategic Initiatives that ensure increased Gross Margin Value (GMV) and decreased Contact Per Order (CPO) to enable Perfect Order Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Create the schedules, manage and track program timelines, and ensure timely deliveries to help achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across various portfolios. Define goals and manage deliverables, schedules, and objectives for multiple programs within the post-purchase area in alignment with the overall strategic objectives and priorities. Identify and manage cross team dependencies and secure support from multiple stakeholders to help achieve KPIs across different portfolios. Help with Product Discovery and Technical Discovery by providing actionable insights and driving impactful collaboration with cross functional teams. Participate in prioritization discussions with product leaders and proactively identify opportunities to help make better decisions to fulfill OKRs for the Order Management System within the Fulfillment area. Oversee the Quarterly Planning process for the Order Management System within the Fulfilment domain. Investigate technical issues and delivery solutions to drive engagement with technical opportunities and best practices. Conduct retrospectives for strategic initiatives and the Order Management System portfolio and ensure the next steps are well documented and accomplished. Identify and manage the risks and risk mitigation plans to help proactively assess the impacts to the overall program. Communicate program status updates to all the stakeholders focusing on key accomplishments, critical issues, risks, and mitigation plans. This position does not supervise employees.
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Any), or related area and 5 years of experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area; OR Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Any), or related area and 3 years of experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
Skills required: Experience with report development using SQL. Experience with Agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban. Experience with application development using Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Waterfall, and Agile. Experience with ITIL change management. Demonstrated knowledge of cloud computing. Experience solutioning using the Microservices Framework. Experience designing using NoSQL and Relational Database Management System (RDBMS). Experience with workflow streaming and reporting using Jira. Experience with Big Data and Hadoop. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
Salary Range: $179,421/year to $286,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
