What you'll do...

Position: Staff Product Manager

Job Location: 10900 NE 4th Street, Floor 8, Bellevue, WA 98004

Duties: Develop product vision, strategic themes, user journey, UX direction, features ideation and prioritization, and roadmaps for the Last Mile Delivery mobile app products. Conduct product discovery and user research to understand customer problems and develop technology solutions to achieve business objectives. Create solutions for new features and ensure end to end ownership of solutions by working with relevant cross-functional groups including Business, UX Research & Design, Analytics, Technical Product Management, Data Science and Engineering teams. Analyze A/B test data and interpret A/B test results with statistical power and significance level analysis. Conduct click-stream analysis to identify user behavior and creative interactions and measure the effectiveness of each product release. Create compelling user experiences to engage customers during the activity journey. Pull raw data from back-end tables with SQL and convert back-end raw data into visualizations with Tableau. Provide insights from qualitative and quantitative psychological research (including social psychology and consumer psychology) to make recommendations on new features for users. Research machine learning techniques to optimize matching algorithms for drivers and trips. Partner with technical teams to identify the best system design for the relevant use-cases. This position does not supervise other employees.

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field and 4 years of product management experience; OR Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field and 7 years of product management experience.

Skills required: Experience conducting customer research by designing surveys, first click testing, and card sorting. Experience designing mocks and wireframes using UI prototyping tools including Figma and Lucid chart. Experience writing SQL queries to obtain relevant data and creating useful data tables and views. Experience performing deep-dive analysis on data to acquire necessary insights on R and Python or Excel. Experience creating dashboards to communicate insights to relevant stakeholders using Tableau. Experience using prioritization framework RICE, MoSCoW method, or story mapping to identify key problems and features. Experience compiling detailed user requirements by creating epics and writing user stories in JIRA. Experience collaborating with engineering to define system design and architecture. Experience partnering with data science team to determine ideal machine learning or optimization model for specific use-cases using linear regression, decision trees, and gradient boosting algorithms. Experience defining criteria and benchmarks for E2E testing, QA testing, and UAT testing. Experience analyzing A/B test data from experiments with 2-tailed-tests and interpreting A/B test results based on statistical significance. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Salary Range: $150,550/year to $264,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
