Position: Senior Technology Operations

Job Location: 1375 Crossman Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089

Duties: Comprehend the financial plan for implementation of multiple projects. Monitor delivery schedules and cost expenditure for multiple projects within a program. Assess and identify the resources required for successful completion of the project of small to medium complexity. Identify potential risks for successful completion of the project. Cater to key stakeholders and their priorities. Participate in business task to get things done in own unit or area. Communicate key considerations for business decision making process. Comment on the organizations business model and financial goals. Cite examples of types of information needed to make sound business decisions. Provide support to technology/ domain stakeholders to solve complex issues (i.e. suggest what skills are needed, how does the technology impacts). Develop business cases for projects with a projected return on investment or cost savings. Demonstrate deep functional knowledge of the business unit/domain. Translate business unit/domain requirements into projects, activities, and tasks and aligns to overall technology strategy. Serve as an interpreter and conduit to connect business unit/domain needs with tangible solutions and results. Participate in creating new processes and ways of working. Define goals, deliverables and schedules for managing multiple medium to high complexity projects within a program, in line with the overall strategic objectives. Create accountability matrix for the projects. Decompose the program into multiple modules and assign responsibility assignments and milestones for each module. Comprehends the operational and financial factors that drive project success. Monitor and evaluate the progress of the projects against approved milestones and timelines. Lead cross functional and/or pillar coordination meetings to review schedule progress, health, issues/risks, and key dependencies of the projects. Take appropriate measures when required to bring program health on track in case of adversity. Communicate, articulately and concisely, in a one-to one/ stakeholder meeting involving one-two teams. Proactively build personal network and seek and provide constructive feedback. Present data and logic to and influence team, customers and stakeholders. Articulate results/recommendations in a structured manner using relevant data. Actively listens to others and acknowledges different technical perspectives and connects to the product/technology in development.

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, Information Systems, Project/Program Management, Information Technology, Finance, Management, or related area and 1 year of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, Information Systems, Project/Program Management, Information Technology, Finance, Management, or related area and 3 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Skills required: Experience using risk assessment tools including Threatmetrix and Accertify to limit or offset financial loss and control negative customer experience resulting from fraud. Experience assessing and evaluating key organizational KPIs using SQL in BigQuery, Teradata, Snowflake, and Presto. Experience developing technology roadmaps to deliver end to end lifecycle risk capabilities. Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Looker, and PowerBI to improve and optimize business processes. Experience using Python to extract, manipulate, and analyze data. Experience querying relational databases using SQL for data driven decisions. Experience manipulating and evaluating ML models and algorithms used for predictive analytics in risk management using Python and SAS. Experience performing cost-benefit analysis to evaluate third-party vendors who provide risk management solutions. Experience developing experimentation using A/B testing and experimental design. Experience defining and leading requirements with key partners including Product, Design, and Engineering. Experience with vendor and stakeholder management using JIRA and Confluence. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Salary Range: $121,035/year to $202,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
