Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Business Strategy – Realty supports executive leadership in defining, operationalizing, and measuring the strategic direction of the organization. This role serves as the execution arm for strategic initiatives by translating high-level priorities into coordinated workstreams, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring organizational goals are clearly established and rigorously tracked. Strategic Planning & Executive Support- Translate Realty executive leadership priorities into structured plans, timelines, and actions that can be executed across multiple functions.
- Partner with the E2E Strategy organization to develop annual goals, track performance, surface risks, and produce insights that inform leadership decisions.
- Support the development of executive content including presentations, strategy updates, leadership communications, and business reviews.
- Coordinate and align work across Finance, Operations, Construction, Facilities, Legal, Technology, Design, Fuel, and other partners to ensure progress on strategic initiatives.
- Operationalize executive direction by clarifying ownership, identifying dependencies, sequencing work, and escalating barriers for resolution.
- Drive organizational readiness for new programs, changes in strategic direction, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards, KPI tracking mechanisms, and reporting templates in partnership with E2E Strategy, Finance, and Data teams.
- Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities and translate insights into leadership recommendations.
- Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into strategy, communication, and execution workflows.
- Partner with product, technology, and analytics teams on pilot initiatives; support change management and adoption readiness.
- Help codify new processes that enhance speed, accuracy, and data-driven decision-making.
- Manage leadership meeting preparation, including content readiness, presenter coordination, and follow-through on action items.
- Maintain strategic calendars, planning artifacts, and communication cadences that ensure consistent alignment across the organization.
- Build trust-based relationships across teams, influencing outcomes through clarity, communication, and partnership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Analytics, Communications, or a related field OR 6 years’ experience in business strategy, operations, program management, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, demonstrating strong follow-through and structured project management.
- Proven ability to support senior leadership with strategic planning, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and content creation skills, with the ability to simplify complex initiatives for executive audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, synthesize information quickly, and drive clarity across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience leading execution-focused workstreams that require alignment, follow-through, and structured project management.
- Growth mindset and adaptability, with enthusiasm for supporting AI adoption and digital ways of working.
- Collaborative approach and strong relationship-building skills; able to influence without authority and advance initiatives across large organizations.
- 3+ years of experience in business strategy, corporate strategy, transformation, or enterprise-level program management.
- Experience working directly with VP- or SVP-level leaders in a strategic support capacity (chief-of-staff–like responsibilities).
- Familiarity with goal planning, OKR development, KPI tracking, and performance management in a large, matrixed organization.
- Experience collaborating with Strategy, Finance, Data Analytics, or Technology teams to build insights or drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or predictive analytics and an understanding of how to apply them in business workflows (not technical expertise, just capability to evaluate use cases and support adoption).
- Strong executive storytelling skills and the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, compelling messages and leadership-ready artifacts.
- Background in retail, supply chain, real estate, or operations preferred but not required.
- Experience working on enterprise governance processes, strategic business reviews, or operational planning cycles.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
