Position Summary...

As a Recommerce Director you will be accountable for guiding a team that manages our enterprise-wide Recommerce sales programs. This position works closely with key strategic partners to drive substantial revenue through restock, refurbishment, online marketplaces, and other secondary market channels. The role also collaborates with leaders across merchandising, supply chain, and store operations to deliver innovative Recommerce solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.

• Lead and execute retail merchandising strategies to optimize inventory, analyze sales trends, and identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Drive operational excellence by streamlining workflows, optimizing processes, and implementing impactful process improvements.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration, working closely with merchandising, supply chain, product, and technology teams to deliver business objectives.
• Deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment by leveraging data-driven insights and continuous performance analysis.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership, including executive stakeholders, presenting complex ideas and data-driven recommendations clearly and persuasively.
• Foster a culture of innovation by developing creative solutions to complex challenges in the recommerce space.
• Maintain a relentless focus on the customer, using data and insights to enhance the customer experience and inform business decisions.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 5 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 7 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
3 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
