About the team:
The Overnight Stocking Coach leads and supports the overnight team to ensure products are stocked efficiently and shelves are replenished on time to meet customer needs. This team focuses on maintaining high standards of store presentation and operational excellence during overnight hours. By providing clear guidance, training, and feedback, the team works collaboratively to achieve business goals and deliver a positive shopping experience. The role emphasizes effective communication, process improvement, and adherence to company policies, fostering a productive environment that supports continuous learning and operational success.
What you'll do:

• Lead and develop overnight stocking teams by providing training, coaching, and clear guidance to ensure effective store operations.
• Communicate business objectives and operational expectations to associates, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Monitor merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and seasonal transitions to support sales and profit goals.
• Drive customer service excellence by modeling standards and resolving issues to enhance the shopping experience.
• Analyze financial performance, assist in budgeting and expense control, and implement action plans to improve results.
• Support change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to optimize operational processes and associate development.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s
supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying will require successful completion of a firearms- specific
Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying may require a
current state issued Certificate of Eligibility.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open
Door trainings, etc.).
