The Senior Analyst, Business Analysis and Insights, plays a critical role in delivering accurate, data-driven analysis to support strategic business decisions. What you'll do:

• Analyze and validate data accuracy by comparing with third-party sources, budgets, and actual results.
• Develop and maintain financial models, key performance indicators, and metrics to evaluate trends and support business strategies.
• Provide data-driven insights and expert guidance to internal and external partners, ensuring consistent reporting and strategic alignment.
• Support business processes by preparing reports, documentation, and training materials to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, deliver solutions, and monitor progress for continuous improvement.
• Utilize analytical tools to extract, consolidate, and present data for informed decision-making.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in data modeling and business intelligence to support accurate analysis and reporting.
• Strong skills in documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable insights.
• Certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent experience.
• Ability to analyze financial data, key performance indicators, and trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop consistent, data-driven business strategies.
• Proficiency in utilizing analytical tools to extract, consolidate, and communicate complex data effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining integrity, compliance, and ethical standards in all business processes.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
