As part of this superpowered team, you’ll be at the heart of our enterprise, driving results with the customer in mind. What you’ll do:

• Set and execute sourcing strategies, manage budgets, and drive profitable growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, developing strong partnerships with suppliers and merchants.
• Influence key business decisions across supply chain, assortment, planning, and pricing.
• Collaborate with Product Development to design and launch innovative Private Brand products.
• Serve as a category expert, anticipating trends and opportunities for growth.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven expertise in sourcing, finance, and supply chain fundamentals.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels.
• Experience in talent development and training for sourcing teams.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and develop strategies.
• Category management and negotiation experience, especially in produce, packaging, and food ingredients.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
