About Team: Merchandising Support
Whether it’s managing a budget, replenishing product, developing mods, reviewing performance, or building strategy, Merch Ops touches all aspects of Merchandising.

What you'll do: Leads cross-functional teams through large-scale highly complex strategic corporate and seasonal initiatives. Influence stakeholders and gain alignment on needed deliverables. Leads change initiatives from concept to implementation by managing technology solutions prioritizing change to meet business plans. Develops best practices and strategies by leading a strategy team partnering with cross functional teams and key stakeholders on strategic initiative.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
