- Conduct data-driven analyses, provide insights, and influence decisions through clear storytelling and recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver on key initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
- Stay informed on compensation trends and economic factors to maintain program relevance.
- Background in Total Rewards or Compensation within a large, complex organization—retail or operations preferred.
- Strong analytic background with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Knowledge of program design, market analysis, and implementation for hourly and frontline populations.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence across multiple teams.
- Skilled at simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
