The Senior Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis by developing complex models, recommending expense targets, and evaluating business performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams. About the team:
The team supports Facilities Services by delivering financial analysis and insights derived from operational work orders and capital expenditures. They collaborate across functions to enhance financial planning, risk management, and reporting transparency. The group drives business performance by developing financial models, monitoring controls, and communicating key findings to leadership. Emphasizing continuous improvement, the team fosters a disciplined environment focused on coaching, mentoring, and professional growth. Their commitment to integrity and operational excellence ensures effective resource management and supports Walmart’s mission to create lasting value for the company and its stakeholders.
What you'll do:

• Prepare financial analyses and models to support planning and recommend future expense targets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor business performance and enhance financial reporting transparency.
• Manage control structures to mitigate risks of financial misstatements and ensure proper controls in financial processes.
• Develop and present complex financial models and business cases to senior management, communicating forecasts and variances.
• Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to achieve performance goals.
• Supervise and develop associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards across teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
