This mission drives everything we do – and as a Senior Manager of Merchandising Business Analysis and Insights - Merchandising Excellence Inventory Flow, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of retail through cross-functional influence and data-driven decision making.In this role, you will collaborate closely with Merchandising, Global Technology and Product teams to support the current state of our order strategy and creation processes and drive the design of a future product to support the evolving needs of business users. You will contribute to building scalable standardized ways of working to drive efficiency in order strategy and creation processes through strategic thinking and influence.
This position is ideal for a strategic and analytical problem-solver with hands-on experience in merchandising, replenishment, or product management, and someone who is a self-starter, adapting to an ever-changing retail environment.
What you'll do...
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to align on data strategies, influence decision-making, and drive business outcomes.
- Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Recommend and execute initiatives based on analytical findings, continuously optimizing for performance and impact.
- Drive Data-Backed Strategy: Deliver actionable insights by analyzing complex data sets to support merchandising strategies and business decisions.
- Monitor and Report Performance: Create clear, consistent reporting frameworks to track KPIs, identify trends, and communicate results to senior leadership.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and strategies, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
