About the team:
The team focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships by collaborating with Sales and Media Activation to develop effective strategies. They monitor campaign performance, identify revenue growth opportunities, and ensure seamless communication through regular client meetings. Account Managers deliver detailed campaign reports to optimize results and achieve sales targets. The team values leadership, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making to drive success. By fostering collaboration and leveraging digital advertising expertise, the team consistently enhances customer experiences and supports business growth within a structured and professional environment.
What you'll do:
- Lead strategic advertising account management initiatives to align with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Analyze complex data models and reports to derive actionable insights that inform advertising plans and maximize returns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop and execute effective advertising strategies.
- Build and present compelling business cases and sales proposals to influence decision-making and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee customer onboarding processes, resolving escalations and ensuring seamless integration of advertising solutions.
- Mentor and guide team members on best practices in account management, analytics, and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to adapt strategies and maintain competitive advantage.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
