As a Supply Chain Operations Manager for the Southeast Division, you will oversee end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure efficient merchandise flow through our distribution network and fulfillment centers. In this customer-facing position, you’ll provide direct guidance and support to Distribution Center (DC) leadership, leveraging your strong data analytics skills and computer proficiency. You’ll play a key role in teaching and training others, driving operational excellence across the network. What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring smooth merchandise flow through distribution and fulfillment centers.
Resolve daily and escalated issues related to shipping, receiving, inventory, and returns.
Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to improve network efficiencies and support supplier compliance.
Conduct performance reviews for merchandising departments, distribution centers, and suppliers.
Serve as the main point of contact for external partners, lead audits, and utilize scorecards to measure and improve performance.
Assist senior leadership in selecting service providers and approve optimal flow path channels from supplier to store.
Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to achieve sales, inventory, profitability, and strategic goals.
Track movement and arrival of goods, resolve order exceptions, disruptions, and constraints.
Supervise field liaisons, communicate operational expectations, and address performance issues.
Lead process improvement initiatives, prioritize product flow objectives, and manage error correction and feedback loops.
Support cost reduction initiatives using end-to-end costing and lean concepts.
Drive execution of business plans and projects, remove barriers, and develop contingency plans.
Supervise and develop associates through selection, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
Promote company policies, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, ensuring compliance and supporting the Open Door Policy.
Evaluate ongoing effectiveness of plans and programs, consult with stakeholders, and support community outreach.
Provide direct guidance and training to DC leadership and associates, ensuring best practices are implemented.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in data analytics tools and systems; computer savvy.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Self-starter with initiative and the ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to teach, train, and support others.
Experience managing teams and external partnerships.
Knowledge of lean concepts and process improvement methodologies.
Willingness and ability to travel 50-75% of the time.
Demonstrated leadership: builds high-performing teams, fosters a culture of belonging, and develops talent through feedback and coaching.
