About the Team
The Corporate Strategy team partners with leaders across the organization to develop, implement, and track business plans that enable Walmart to achieve its financial and strategic objectives. We are a collaborative, analytical group that uses data-driven insights, advanced modeling, and industry knowledge to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. As a key member of this team, you’ll work cross-functionally to solve complex business problems, foster innovation, and support Walmart’s mission to help customers save money and live better.

What you'll do...

• Analyze business and financial data to identify key drivers of performance and support the development and execution of business and finance plans aligned with Walmart’s overall strategy.
• Apply macroeconomic theories and industry knowledge to evaluate trends, assess risks, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Use strategic frameworks and advanced models to prepare strategies, understand trade-offs, and make informed business decisions.
• Monitor changes in customer and competitor behavior, developing organizational responses to evolving market conditions.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration and shared goals across international markets and business units.
• Communicate complex analyses and recommendations to diverse audiences, tailoring insights to drive understanding and action.
• Ensure data quality and organization for analysis, define benchmarks, and identify opportunities to automate and improve data-driven decision-making processes.
• Guide problem-solving efforts for complex and ambiguous challenges, proactively anticipating risks and implementing corrective actions.

What you’ll bring:

• Extensive experience in corporate strategy, financial analysis, or management consulting, ideally within a large, complex organization.
• Strong understanding of macroeconomic trends, industry dynamics, and their impact on business performance.
• Advanced analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to synthesize data and draw actionable insights.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives in a global environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering insights to senior leadership and diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to challenge assumptions, solve complex problems, and drive continuous improvement.
• High attention to detail, organizational discipline, and a strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and results.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
