• Oversee multiple business plans and projects, removing barriers and ensuring resources are in place for success.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop associates, building a team-based environment and promoting a sense of belonging.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, values, and ethical standards, and support the Open Door Policy.
• Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of business programs, consulting with stakeholders and supporting community outreach.
• Lead change initiatives, manage process improvements, and drive cross-functional strategies from planning to execution.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-04396: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
