Position Summary...

As the Manager, Platforms & Automation for the Last Mile Delivery (LMD) team, you will lead the management and optimization of our core communications and content platforms that engage hundreds of thousands of gig drivers via the Spark Driver App. This role is responsible for ensuring the platforms are robust, intuitive, and strategically aligned with organizational goals. You will serve as the technical expert for the Driver Engagement, Communications & Content team, collaborating closely with product, UX, and automation partners to turn program objectives into effective technical solutions. Your mission is to deliver seamless platform experiences, support impactful driver communications, and drive the adoption of innovative, data-driven engagement strategies that foster driver empowerment and long-term loyalty.

What you'll do...

  • Platform Administration: Oversee communication and content tools, managing settings, permissions, and configurations.
  • Collaboration: Work with engineering, product, UX, automation, and analytics teams to improve platform capabilities.
  • Access & Content Management: Handle user access, maintain content lifecycle, and enforce tagging for better searchability.
  • Vendor Relations: Liaise with platform vendors, manage support, and represent team needs in business requirements and prioritization.
  • Feature Utilization: Identify and promote underused features to maximize platform value.
  • Training: Develop onboarding and training programs for effective tool usage.
  • Integration: Manage connections between different platforms.
  • Analytics: Build dashboards to track platform health and content performance, using insights to drive improvements.
What You’ll Bring 
  • Platform Mastery: Over 4 years of direct system administration experience, with strong expertise in content and document management platforms such as Braze, AirTable, and other CMS tools.
  • Audience Insight: Proven background supporting communications and knowledge management teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Skilled at identifying and resolving technical and operational challenges.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Clear Communication: Able to explain technical concepts in simple, accessible language for non-technical audiences.
  • Teamwork: Effective working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Analytical Thinking: Proficient in evaluating options, analyzing data, and leveraging platform insights to drive ongoing improvements.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
