This Senior Specialist, Building Controls role offers a dynamic opportunity to apply your technical competence in a hands-on environment. You will be instrumental in optimizing our corporate real estate portfolio while constantly learning new skills, all within a rapidly evolving system.

About the Building Automation Team
Our team is dedicated to supporting building automation across our corporate facilities in Northwest Arkansas and other locations nationwide. Our primary purpose is to create effective and efficient spaces for all associates while maintaining a strong focus on sustainability. We are actively working to become a fully self-sufficient team that maintains and operates our complex BMS entirely in-house, significantly reducing our reliance on third-party vendors.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) and other smart systems across the corporate real estate portfolio.
• Manage associate feedback regarding space comfort and functionality.
• Monitor energy and power usages, developing creative solutions to decrease utility consumption.
• Update operational sequences and integrate new devices into the BMS architecture.
• Ensure a smooth, productive thermal environment for all associates.

What You'll Bring:

• Demonstrated high level of technical acumen and the ability to quickly shift between tasks.
• Experience working in a dynamic environment on a small, robust team.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with five to six different internal teams to achieve operational tasks.
• A curiosity-driven approach with a strong desire to learn and master new technical skills.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if… You bring experience in one of:

• BMS (Building Management System) or BAS (Buildings Automation System) / lighting systems.
• PLC (programable logic controller) or industrial automation.
• Robotics control software.
• HVAC / controls background or data analysis experience in a technical field.

Work location: Bentonville, AR
Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
