As a key member, you’ll influence company-wide initiatives and help drive operational excellence. What You’ll Do

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and modeling to inform growth targets and business strategies.
• Manage and enhance financial control structures, mitigating risks and ensuring reporting transparency.
• Prepare and present complex financial results to senior leadership, addressing key business questions.
• Develop business cases, forecasts, and scenario models for executive decision-making.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a culture of performance and belonging.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
