• Identify and evaluate data sources, ensuring data is fit for purpose and meets business requirements.
• Perform initial data quality checks and support data strategy initiatives, including governance and accessibility.
• Develop, test, and deploy analytical models, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
• Create impactful data visualizations and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Translate business problems into data solutions and provide recommendations to drive business value.

What You’ll Bring…

• Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and distributed datastores.
• Proficiency in coding languages (SQL, Java, C, Python) and testing methods.
• Strong understanding of data management, quality standards, and governance.
• Ability to apply advanced analytical modeling techniques and statistical methods.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data visually and influence business decisions.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-08479: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 3 - 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
