• Partner with Directors and business leaders to identify goals, challenges, and research objectives; develop and execute tactical research plans.
• Present actionable recommendations and guide leadership on strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team, providing coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities.
• Own and manage end-to-end workstreams and projects, including risk management and implementation of data models and prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver business solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-08479: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
