The Senior Manager, People Partner Finance Tech and Services (EBS) leads the execution of strategic human resource initiatives to support business objectives while fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment. This role oversees talent development, performance management, and compliance with policies and regulations, ensuring operational effectiveness and continuous improvement. By leveraging data analysis and cross-functional collaboration, the position drives organizational change and promotes ethical standards. The Senior Manager provides guidance to leaders, supports associate engagement, and champions a culture of respect and accountability to enhance overall business performance and associate experience.

What you'll do...

  • Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
  • Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, training, performance evaluations, and recognition to build a collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations by providing guidance, training, and monitoring adherence.
  • Define and implement human resources strategies aligned with business goals, advising leaders on organizational change and workforce planning.
  • Analyze HR and business data to identify risks, recommend improvements, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners and associates to promote engagement, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.

Focused on streamlining and standardizing services, EBS enhances efficiency through process excellence, automation, and advanced technology. The team partners with markets and functions to enable speed, transparency, and scalability. By leading organizational change and utilizing data analysis, EBS supports strategic objectives and talent management. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
