Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights, leads data-driven evaluation and strategic planning to support business growth and operational excellence. The Business Analysis and Insights team delivers data-driven support to shape effective business strategies. This team collaborates closely with internal and external partners to analyze bid events and procurement data, ensuring informed decision-making. Members focus on evaluating ongoing initiatives, recommending improvements, and driving strategic growth through clear communication and stakeholder engagement. The team fosters a disciplined approach to process efficiency and compliance while promoting continuous learning and adaptability. Together, they contribute to achieving business objectives by leveraging analytical expertise and maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.
What you'll do:

• Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support and refine business strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop consistent, actionable plans based on analytical findings.
• Evaluate ongoing effectiveness of programs and initiatives, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead the execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to achieve objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support strategic growth and alignment.
• Supervise and mentor team members, fostering development and performance excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and promote ethical standards throughout operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
