The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders to resolve escalated concerns, maintaining system security and access, and supporting technical equipment and software needs. The specialist contributes to continuous improvement efforts and fosters effective communication to enhance operational performance and service delivery.

About the team:

The team is responsible for establishing vendor numbers for all suppliers engaged with Walmart, ensuring accurate and compliant vendor setup. They support business operations by managing regulatory compliance, benefits administration, and delivering exceptional customer service. The team collaborates across departments to maintain data integrity, resolve complex issues, and uphold company policies. Their work enables seamless supplier interactions and supports Walmart’s commitment to operational excellence. Members apply analytical skills and effective communication to drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to legal and procedural standards, contributing to the overall success of enterprise business services.


What you'll do: - Support business areas by analyzing initiatives, interpreting data, and providing recommendations aligned with objectives. - Manage compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies through monitoring and implementing action plans. - Handle escalated customer service issues, providing technical support and benefits education to internal and external stakeholders. - Coordinate equipment, software, and network requests, ensuring timely resolution and vendor collaboration. - Administer security access protocols, maintain confidential information, and support remote access environments. - Collaborate with teams to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and identify improvement opportunities.  
What you'll bring: - Proven experience in regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal laws and company policies. - Strong skills in benefits administration, including managing complex benefits inquiries and providing education and technical support. - Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives. - Expertise in managing escalated customer service issues with professionalism and effective communication. - Proficiency in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including vendors and third-party administrators, to resolve complex issues. - Ability to manage security access protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. - Commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration, and upholding high ethical standards.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
