About the team: Our team develops an AI-powered telemetry platform that redefines system monitoring by delivering intelligent, real-time insights through embedded machine learning. Focused on innovative software design and scalable architecture, the team supports large-scale operations with seamless integration. Members collaborate across disciplines to enhance system reliability and efficiency, driving impactful outcomes via advanced telemetry and predictive analytics. The environment encourages continuous learning and application of agile methodologies, software architecture, and automation to build solutions that proactively detect anomalies, identify root causes, and optimize performance for enterprise-level clients. What you'll do:- Analyze and classify business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives and risk mitigation.
- Design scalable software solutions using architecture frameworks and design patterns to meet functional and non-functional needs.
- Build AI agents and develop, configure, and maintain high-quality, testable code adhering to coding standards and security policies.
- Create and execute test cases to validate software components and support defect management and troubleshooting efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor application performance, implement telemetry, and support continuous integration and delivery processes.
- Provide expert guidance on software development best practices and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
- Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and related frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable distributed systems.
- Expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation scripting.
- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git and cloud platforms including Google Cloud Platform and Dataproc.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and user stories.
- Skilled in API design, including RESTful services, and backend software engineering.
- Experience in testing methodologies, defect management, and performance troubleshooting.
- Commitment to coding standards, security policies, and software quality assurance.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
