The Sr Manager will act as the connector between product, sales, membership, site merchandising, and marketing, ensuring seamless execution and communication around new features. This position is ideal for someone with a tech industry background—someone who understands how to translate product innovation into meaningful customer experiences and business impact. Qualifications Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Sales, or a related field • 5+ years of relevant experience in digital product commercialization, product marketing, or go-to-market roles in the tech industry • Proven ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders and functions • Strong communication skills, with experience translating technical features into customer-centric value propositions • Demonstrated success in driving adoption of digital features or products Preferred: • Experience in leading tech companies (e.g., Google, Meta, or other Silicon Valley-based firms) or high-growth startups• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline • Track record of building commercialization strategies that integrate with sales and marketing campaigns • Program management experience and familiarity with program management tools (e.g., Airtable) is a plus What You’ll Bring • A tech-first mindset with deep understanding of digital product adoption cycles • Ability to connect dots across complex organizations, driving clarity and execution • Customer-first perspective, ensuring features are communicated in terms of solving customer needs • A balance of strategic thinking and operational discipline, with the ability to roll up your sleeves and deliver results Why Walmart?
