What you'll do...

About the Role: Join our team to drive impactful process improvements across shipment bundling, cost optimization, and service enhancement. You’ll leverage your programming and analytical skills to identify, analyze, and implement solutions that improve business processes, working closely with operational partners and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, extract, and validate data from multiple sources to support business requirements and process optimization.
• Perform initial and ongoing data quality checks, ensuring data is fit for purpose and meets business needs.
• Apply data strategy principles, including data governance, accessibility, and scalability, to routine and complex business problems.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis using SQL, Python, and statistical techniques to uncover trends, outliers, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business context, develop business cases, and translate requirements into actionable projects.
• Guide and mentor partners on data-driven decision making, process improvements, and feature enhancements.
• Lead root cause analysis and deep research on optimization processes, providing recommendations and supporting implementation.
• Manage data quality, user access, and compliance with company and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills, stakeholder management, and a continuous improvement mindset.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong programming skills, especially in Python, and proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Experience with data quality management, data governance, and business process optimization.
• Critical thinking, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience in process improvement, project management, and working with operational partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or shipment optimization.
• Familiarity with in-house business systems and process analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to drive feature enhancements and process improvements.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
