Working at Walmart

At the home office in Bentonville, we’re a family. This is a place where people will smile and say hey to you in the halls, help you out if they get lost in one of our maze-like buildings, and offer to carry your stuff out to your car. It’s a fun, friendly atmosphere where you get to be yourself and collaborate with cool people from all walks of life. As a result, you’ll be able to work hard, learn a lot, and get stuff done!

Dress Code

Dress Code

Walmart’s moved to more casual attire, so it’s pretty much business casual with jeans. However, every team is a little different, so your best bet is to ask your manager what the team wears. Basically, we want you to feel comfortable and look nice. Wear stuff that feels good AND tells the rest of the world you TRIED. You only get one summer to make a good impression, so make it count!
