Walmart Assistant Manager Trainee/Sam's Club Manager in Training Program

The Walmart Merchandising & Replenishment Leadership Programs are designed to provide in-depth training in our Merchandising organization. Here, theories are converted into industry-leading practices. You'll plan, implement and present a capstone project while working with leadership, peers and suppliers. IT Rotational Program
Valuable experience, cutting-edge projects and the opportunity to make a big impact on the world’s leading retailer – it’s all in our IT Rotational Program. Here, recent grads will have access to thought leaders, industry experts and global resources that will help you hone your skills and provide exposure to a variety of areas within our technology division.
Accounting & Finance Leadership Program
The Accounting & Finance Rotational Leadership Program is an intensive two-year entry-level program located at the Walmart Corporate office in Bentonville, Arkansas. During the program, emphasis is placed on leadership development, professional mentorship and technical training via cohort-based learning environments. Each six-month rotation is unique, with participants having an opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and strategically relevant projects, which will have an impact on our business and customers.
Program participants have the opportunity to explore four different areas of accounting and finance, with rotation placement opportunities in one of the following segments – Corporate, Walmart U.S., Walmart International & Sam’s Club.

In addition to the Bentonville, AR based rotations, opportunities exist to rotate through the Global eCommerce office in San Bruno, California or one of the Operations field offices in the U.S. Upon completion of the two-year program, program participants may be considered for a six-month International in-country rotation, based on performance and a competitive selection process.
