We have identified and developed more than 1 billion square feet of Walmart Stores, Supercenters, Neighborhood Markets and Sam’s Club locations. In addition to developing new stores, we also:
- Conduct market research and planning to help make decisions on new stores
- Market excess land to retail users and developers
- Market for sale or lease former store locations
- Manage our company’s extensive real estate holdings
- Build and manage distribution centers
- Develop and manage fueling station programs
- Valuate company holdings through an in-house appraisal department
Our Store Planning Group opens and renovates stores to meet the unique needs of the communities we serve, while ensuring that merchandise is up-to-date and associates are well trained.
