- Associate Discount Card Walmart Field and Home Office and Sam’s Club Home Office associates, spouses and dependents for 10 percent discount on regular priced general merchandise purchased at a Walmart store. Sam’s Club Field associates receive an annual membership card.
- All associates get 10 percent off of fresh fruits and vegetables. Its a great way to eat better and save money at the same time. Sam's Club Field associates receive the discount at Sam's Club when they use their membership card. Walmart associates get the discount card from any Walmart store with their associate discount card.
